How To Prepare For Your Appointment

What to Expect

What Not To Expect: A One-Size-Fits-All Approach

What To Expect:

  • We will create this together based on the results from our Health & Fitness assessment (found below).

  • This plan will be for interventions we use in our office, as well as exercises you can do at home.

  • A customized treatment schedule. This will be established by the end of your first session.
